      Pros

      I've experienced a diverse multitude of projects and have developed myself as a professional. AECOM continues to provide me with opportunities that I just don't think I could find anywhere else.

      Cons

      There have not been many negative experiences at AECOM. Typically the most depressing or hardest days can be right before a deadline but the downs are usually out weighed by the feeling of accomplishment.

      Pros

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
