Large company with poor benefits - Project Controls Specialist AECOM Employee Review

AECOM never cares about employee development. I worked here for 7 years and only got annual review in my first year. Even I asked for a review, the manager will not answer me. The company only cares if you can be "Billable" on the project. AECOM merged with a lot of companies because they didn't earn a lot of new projects. It acquired companies to make their financial report look good. I would never recommend anyone to work here.
