Cons
Truly the destroyers of a once very successful organization with a rich and diverse talent pool of individuals. When you get the offer for 47% less you just stare at it in disbelief. People leave at the speed of sound. If you are unfortunate enough to have to work there until you find another job, the idiocy of all their stupid policies begin to filter down to your reality. We had to throw away literally tens of thousands of dollars of hardware stockpiles. US TAXPAYERS paid for this.
