Pros
People doing the work are genuinely going their best, the business has no idea of the issues.
Cons
Very poor engagement from National leadership team; salaries are low and the business doesn’t acknowledge or do anything about it; IT is shockingly bad, it takes days/weeks to get the most simple things done; very beaurocratic, decisions made at national level without consideration of local needs/issues. A business driven by the right message (for shareholders) which doesn’t follow through to form any benefit to staff or clients. Very, very poor.
