Variety of projects to work on Semi-flexible work time Some (although not easy to do) opportunities to work in other countries
Cons
Its not the same AECOM I joined, gone from a great place to one where you are just a number. Management is absent or uncaring so whether you are actually performing or not doesn’t really matter. No team work, everyone is just working for themselves. No pride in the work or making sure quality is produced as long as we issue something so we can bill a client its ok. High turn over of people
