Pros

Multidisciplinary environment, big projects, a few talented people, globally recognised brand, young work force, good male/female balance, bright office.

Cons

Salary discrimination based on nationality. Highly stressful work environment with long hours. In 2014, 3 panic attacks and 1 heart attack have happened within the office, commonly occurring before approaching deadlines. Very poor decision making at the management and executive level. Extremely slow advancement of career ( 4 years per promotion ). Growth of salary that is below the nominal rate of inflation ( 1 - 3% per year if any ). Poor quality of engineering work and especially poor architectural work. Lack of ethics and accountability by submitting poor and un-qualifying designs for construction. Low quality interview process ( expect to find people at the senior level who haven't had a justifiable work experience ). Long work hours, tight deadlines, unorganised design progression, and absolutely no employee compensation to balance it out. Unexciting work environment, sort of like a library. Mentality of "Us versus Them" between management and employees. Parking nightmare around the building. Lack of culture and diversity, expect to see tribes sticking to each other as would be in a prison atmosphere. 30 minute lunch allocated for a 9 hour work shift, combined with prison-style food for catering. Little or no investment in employee's career development.

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
