Great company to work for. The ability of managers to be flexible with your work schedule and location really make a big difference in doing non-standard life tasks, such as taking 3 weeks of leave without pay by choice to go on a trip or help a family member.
Cons
Your project may be canceled or reduced in scope affecting your ability to be billable (and employable). Be prepared to not work for a few weeks-months at a moments notice.
