      Pros

      They keep you happy, stress free and working environment is very chilled out. The people and management are lovely, get to work on lots of different projects

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to market. Used to make more money as a casual at woolworths working 40 hours than as an engineer with 3 years experience working 40 hours.
