Pros
An array of infrastructure projects, or big projects in general - mainly around data-centre delivery and big tech, and some other govenernment projects are the bread and butter of the PM team.
Cons
1) Less employee focused or diverse than orginally perceived. 2) Less opportunity for progression than previously thought 3) and slow to give pay rises. Pay rises are pittance unless you get to the next level.
