Middle management makes indecisive decisions, people do not take accountability for their mistakes, team members suffer the consequences due to their manager's naive actions. Consistent changes within departmental procedures on a biweekly or bimonthly basis. Shift in job responsibilities to which you end up having dual job titles. When asking fellow colleagues questions concerning an issue which could inadvertently affect their project, no one has answers. Therefore, you have to research and find the appropriate person to provide you the answer.
