Pros
Good benefits, opportunities to work on different projects and different business units. Career path. It was the great colleagues I worked with that kept me there so long.
Cons
The culture is all about money. Management pays lip service to valuing staff. HR is over-staffed and is unhelpful (refers questions to immediate manager). Management is all about advancing their own careers, and they are upward looking. Lots of "yes" men.
