Pros

The job is easiest when you have members of staff who are actually doing their job without slacking. Most of the colleagues are alright

Cons

Your off-days are usually interrupted with a message or a call from your manager or supervisors due to their inability of being able to recruit reliable members of staff. So get a secondary phone number and ensure you switch it off when you are not scheduled to work. Also, you'll sign a contract but will be told to change the days you can work with a week's notice, which defeats the purpose of signing a contract, especially when you are frowned upon for not agreeing to their terms. Drivers do not need to deliver groceries past the communal entrance ofa block of flats, however, customers are not aware of this as it is hidden within the terms and conditions, meaning they'll blame you for being lazy, while the company will find a way to place the blame on you as "It is at the driver's discretion".
