      Excellent benefits Great team of people throughout organisation Work interesting and involved in many areas of growth Options for growth

      Cons

      Certain areas are under resourced, leading to delays Areas of improvement can be overlooked as wrong areas involved in presenting to boards for approval Lots of discussion around work/life balance and mental health, but then workloads are just added too.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
