      Good wellbeing, Encouragement and supportive environment, Career progression and development, Hybrid.

      Cons

      Salary, Small office, Parking is pain ( book it on Freespace which is fine then put a pass in car and then again go back to put it back) free space could be integrated with the veh reg and could provide permit online

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
