      like everyone else says pay is poor hours suck and the worst thing of all the the equipment the computers and stuff are to slow

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
