Pros
Large number of vacation days. 401k benefits. Wellness programs. Flexibility to work from home. Education reimbursement. Student Loan reimbursement.
Cons
Health insurance benefit programs are lacking. Their "best" plan offered to employees is still not up to par with those offered to employees of other insurance companies. Salary is not competitive. Little room for advancement. Raises are capped low, so try to come in at a decent salary.
