      Pros

      Benefits, overall nice people, good corporate values, potential to be the best in the industry

      Cons

      Incomptence is okay, it's about who you know, not what you know, fragmented systems, no consistency, slow to change, promotions are not fair, senior mgmt promoted based on seniority not true abilities/education

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
