      - Management seems to care about employees - Typically flexible to meet work schedule needs - Student program study hours is competitive - Positive work atmosphere - Corporate Dress Code frequently allows jeans/business casual

      - Corporate given vacation days is less than other companies - 401k match is not as generous as other companies - Outdated facilities/worksite is in oldest Aflac building

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
