      Pros

      Great company to work for! I love employee appreciation week!

      Cons

      Management focuses too much on making numbers versus the pressure placed on their employees. Too much he say she say. Something you would not expect comming from management. Its almost like I'm in high school again!

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
