If you are lazy and dont' want to work too hard, this will be heaven for you.
Cons
Unfortunately, the other reviews touch on the main issue--totally incompetent middle and senior mgmt. There's been such turnover at those levels in the last few years...people are brought in as the "next greatest bestest" thing and then fired months later...makes you wonder how much the company has paid to get rid of all of these folks.
