      They try hard in their own backwards back woods folksy kind of way.

      Cons

      Utter clueless how the outside world functions and are all basically trump loving right wing nut jobs who have to be reminded to leave their guns in the parking lot.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
