I like the benefits I receive, 401k, health insurance, stock option, pension plan. It appears that there is room for growth and everyone is friendly. Management is easy to talk to.
Cons
Aflac should pay $18 per hour in the call center. The job is challenging and representatives should be paid accordingly.
