      Pros

      Opportunity of a lifetime for the right person at the right time in their life! Simple business model for the Field Force to execute with high ROI in compensation.

      Cons

      Only those who are truly serious about building a business should work in the field. Part time and those with poor work ethics damage the market for the rest of us.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
