      Pros

      The benefits are A1. You feel really great about being a apart of the company, I feel spoiled to work at Aflac, due to the appreciation, bonuses, and merit based raise that is received each year. Its a true blessing to work with the company.

      Cons

      Working in the call center can make or break you. If its not the customers stressing you out, its the quality or quantity requirements.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
