Pros
Extremely stable environment. Decent benefits, lots of growth opportunities, minimal glass ceiling for women and minorities, fairly progressive in terms of hiring for being HQed in the deep south
Cons
Not quick enough in adapting to change. Limited remote work opportunities. Production areas (claims, customer service, etc) are meat grinders and don't seem to care about chewing through employees. Feels like its lagging behind in attracting and retaining younger employees.
