      Very good salary, social package, bonus system and work/life balance

      Cons

      There are a lot of changes during the years (mainly coming at EMEA level or above). Frequent changes do not allow long-term goals to be done

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
