      Benefits, opportunities, training, travel for meetings, name recognition, resources, many great colleagues to bounce ideas off which created good teamwork, partner selling

      Cons

      Large company, demanding processes, some managers did not treat the employees the same, too many rules and processes to get basic administration work done
