Scheduled 10 hour days, upper management expectation and work assigned requires you work 14 hour days + take home work and scheduled six days week every week plus multiple Sundays. One Sunday off a month occasionally. All salary no comp or OT pay. Frequent mechanical breakdowns so you never meet "standard".
