Pros
Alcon had amazing people working there, all for extremely long tenures. The products were exceptional, mostly best in class, and the OPH subspecialty was outstanding to develop relationships and do business
Cons
Alcon consistently changed the sales goals which made sales attainment more difficult every year with less resources. There was intense pressure all the time which started degrading what started out as a really fantastic corporate culture.
