Experience Candidate need to think before join. Tremendous pressure after 3 months joining. No work life balance. Wants to enjoy life, Pls don't join. They will spoil your happiness. Recruiter are no value in CBSI. They treat recruiter as slave. Hiring and Firing is there motto.
