Altimetrik is good company with beautiful infrastructure and working environment. Company has dedicated folks but Senior management is a bottle neck for further growth. Management should focus on company’s growth as well as should take care of employee satisfaction. Without employees no company can grow. Senior management should not work for their own benefits by pressurizing employees.
Currently cost cutting takes place, if really cost cutting has to be done it should be executed in a proper way should not implement cost cutting in a way which affects the basic requirements to run the show.
There are few unwanted resources in company which is totally a big loss to company and because of these resources good dedicated employees get affected mentally which brings down their productivity.
