Background : Before taking decisions to join altimetrik i was gone through couple of reviews . I got mixed reviews, so taking decisions to join this organisation was difficult for me. But i have decided to join Altimetrik as Role Staff Engineer Pros : I feel i took correct decision to join this organisation because company always think about their employees . My account conducts weekly team meetings where all people’s from my account as well as HR BPs joins the call. Where we get opportunity to share our views and thoughts . Company provides very good infrastructure to do WFH i.e. Laptop i can directly reach to my manage. My manager always listens our concerns and try to solve. As committed by my manager , i got opportunity to work on very technology which help me to boost my profession . i think as its employee centric organisation it will always help people to reach their goal.
Cons
Medi claim policy can be better than this. Very small finance team, which takes little more time to address the issue. For some the developers tool people need to use community version.
