Pros
The area offers a good weather. Beaches are accessible all over the region and ski stations are reachable even for a one ski day.
Cons
A proper career progression is reserved to former alumni of the French "Grandes Echoles" as that is where the Top Management come from. All the rest of the employees are adrift struggling for a career advancement that most probably will never come. In Amadeus the only way to get promoted is becoming a team manager so opportunities are limited by definition (there is one team manager out of 5-6 staff isn't there...) and if the top of the queue of candidates is reserved to the Grand alumni there is not much left for the rest...There are exceptions of course but if you looking to progress professionally up to you to decide if you want to rely on exceptions. The Human Resource department is incompetent and totally useless. They are just validate any manager decision without performing any people management nor career management. Going to them for help is a waste of time. You are on your own.
