      Terrible work life balance to the point health is affected and managers do not care. Arrogant and inexperienced managers. Lack of employee recognition. Managers take credit of employee ideas/work. The so called "values" are just a joke. Limited opportunities given to follow career development path

      Pros

      Work from home flexibility and the summer and winter shutdown periods are a nice benefit. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      Management style can be controlling and micromanaging with expectations that shift without clear communication. Employees are held to high standards but not always given the support or clarity needed to meet them. Performance concerns are documented quickly without full context being considered. Culture does not match the company’s public image.
