Pros
Opportunity to write your own ticket. Plenty of interesting and challenging projects in which to contribute. Huge amount of growth. Burned out with field work? Pursue work internally to improve our cloud suite of products. Pre-IPO leader in the space.
Cons
Mostly growing pain issues. Have gone from 5 employees to nearly 700 in almost 7 years. Have tightened up internal processes to make sure employees' needs are being met.
