Pros
1. The Appirio Culture is the best. They believe in Tour Guide Approach and all Developers or QA are called consultant here. 2. They allow you to give Certification relating to your project and every quarter, you can try any other certification which is not related to your project. 3. Cafeteria, eat what you want to eat. Free. Basically, we spend all day in Cafeteria when it is India's cricket match(Not seriously). 4. Cab Facility for pickup and drop. Very safe for girls. 5. HR is very approachable. 6. IJP is easy and it works. 7. Best Paying Company in Rajasthan.
Cons
1. Appirio Still works on some old Salesforce technologies. Very less projects undergo LWC implementation. But it is project downside, not Appirio. 2. I have got my first hike of 25% here. Awesome. But Seniors complain that after 1st hike, all other hikes are less than 15%, 10%.
