We always try to deliver the best products and services in the market. We can only achieve this with the best team! It's also great to hear that you enjoy the international work environment with all of its career development opportunities. So far we have seen great results from people traveling and collaborating on different projects in all our offices. For some of the things you mentioned I suggest you get in touch with the local HR and office management team. I'm sure we will be able to solve these things. I know for example that our team in Bangalore is already working on the parking issue in our office. Regarding working hours and time tracking I can only refer to one of our previous posts. Unfortunately we have to stick to local labor law regulations and present an attendance report in our Bangalore office. However, the tool is not designed to track your working hours. We want to keep working hours as flexible as possible. Of course we have to make sure that our global teams still work well together in different time zones. You will find most of the team in the office from 10AM to 7PM (including 1 hour lunch break) - so nobody has to work for 9 hours like you said.
