Cons
-Low employee morale(unjustified, unpunished call outs; lack or work ethinc, bad attitudes) -Unfair raises/promotions -Automatic pay increase for incoming workers in comparison to season workers before work ethic, dependability, skill level is known -Lack of trust between management channels (supervisors, managers, etc) and foodservice employees -Lack of active leadership...do as i say..not as I do mentality
