      Pros

      Absolutely none. All of these 5.0 reviews are written by the owners and their kids after seeing so many terrible reviews. They have to write these fake reviews to get anyone to work there. They know they have a terrible reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      Rude, arrogant, abusive, two faced, dishonest and incompetent owners. Same goes for their stupid entitled kids. A horrible place to work. Like a mental hospital run by an insane family. Its all smoke and mirrors to the outside, but is a terrible place to work. Its great if you like yelling, verbal abuse, incompetent management and if you like being thrown under the bus for their stupid mistakes.

      We are so terribly sorry that you ( the sole individual) that habitually posts negative reviews on our site, has harbored such rage and resentment towards the ASI team all these years after your brief employment at our company. Our wish is that you find peace and happiness in the upcoming year and the empowerment to move on from your personal and hurtful vendetta on (our otherwise) pristine reputation in a demanding industry for over 30 years.

      The people I work with are very easy to get along with, and I have a great relationship with management. I don’t have any complaints.

      *If you like a challenge, this is the perfect place to expand your horizons and perfect your craft. * Not for the faint of heart but if you have a strong backbone, good morals and are compassionate, creative and collaborative you will succeed. * Confidentiality is mandatory in any position and is valued here. * Be Agile. Be Professional. Be Polished and you will be valued here. * A fun place to work and great co-workers. (My kind of crazy) * It has been a pleasure working with the entire ASI team. I would like to thank you for providing me the opportunity to work for this dynamic and cutting-edge company.

These are the keys to success at ASI & characteristics will help you succeed in any work environment. Oh, and WORK! Hard work is appreciated here. There are no cons and there are no slackers.
