there is great flexibility in working hours as the rta is done on a fortnight basis, with good communication from senior staff. Chances to work in different roles and choose which suits you best. Also personal development opportunities in communicating with the general public.
Cons
work life balance is fine, but the work load is boring and repetitive, also the salary is low. he salary doesn't match the amount of stress put on through mystery shopper tests and other goals.
