Pros
ARM follows a very good work culture and is very open. I have worked here for really long time and always find there are lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Within the company you can always find the information you are looking for or can approach anyone regarding any question you have. I also feel there are enough growth opportunities and people are rewarded for their work and talent
Cons
Its a mid sized companies (around 4-5 thousand people) so has usual cons of large companies. The non salary benefits are minimal (no day care, minimal transport etc). Also different groups go through diferernt phases. While this is common to any workplace that explains some of the bad reviews
