One of the Arm Core Beliefs is 'We, not I', so I love to read your 'Open culture, everyone is ready to help.' statement.
Promotions are determined based on a grade framework and an employee's work progress against it. I would recommend having consistent feedback sessions with your line manager to see where you are performing well and where you have room for improvement. For reference the grading framework is open and available to all Arm employees on the intranet.
We also offer many talent development tools in the Arm intranet designed to help progress your career. Please do take a look around and look take advantage of the subscriptions that we provide every Arm employee!
