Onboarding and Initial Thoughts - Graduate Student Arm Employee Review

Working at arm, you are surrounded by incredibly intelligent and experience people. Even though I’ve only been there a short time I have already learnt so much. The onboarding process is one of the best I’ve received. They have really encouraged and helped with graduate socialisation which has allowed me to connect with my colleagues. There are also so many opportunities outside of work that are available to graduates.
