So many to add. Management is more concerned about their image and politi al standing than being a leader. Most will lie and cheat to get ahead. Regular threats come if you don't make them look good. Since its a British company HR is mainly there and HR's lack humanity and tact make the job worse. .Also for a large company medical benefits are lack luster
