Salaries often lag 10-20% behind industry average, lean organisation with high workload and demands on its employees. Inconsistent career progression opportunities and requirements across teams. Increased job responsibilities often do not translate to increased pay or career progression (often seen as personal development opportunities that should be welcomed without reward).
