Pros

Work from home, good pay, sales commission opportunities

Cons

Very heavy emphasis on sales. Coaches keep asking to push sales. Company should prioritize service, but at times it feels like you are being made to ask the customer to buy something when their current problem hasn’t been taken care of yet.

Great leadership Good mileage reimbursement Commission structure easy to understand and paid out every 2 weeks Autonomous work, no one looking over your shoulder

Long drives Some customers don't know we are coming out and can lead to missed opportunities.
