      Chaotic 6 months with zero leadership - Sr. Director Avetta Employee Review

      Pros

      Had a generous salary while I was there. Ultimately, the trainwreck of an environment drove me to entrepreneurship, where I successfully ran my own business for 9 years.

      Cons

      The entire marketing staff was let go the week I started. I had no previous knowledge that this would happen. All that was left was me and the CMO. She, too, was let go a few weeks later. The CPO took over marketing and began by saying, I don't know anything about marketing, but I'm your boss now. The entire experience was beyond unprofessional and a complete cluster.

      Thank you for your feedback. While it is difficult to comment on events that happened almost a decade ago, we are happy to report that the Marketing department boasts strong leadership and has seen many successes in more recent years.
