Good Company to work with good working culture - Sr Manager - Sales Avire Employee Review

Great team I work with, I enjoy working in marketing, hours, learned a lot.

Not offering alot of promotions and giveaways. No live events and can do alot more to bring in customers.

They provide lunch once a month. You can get a bonus if the company hits its goals but that basically impossible now.

Over half of the employees have left over the last year. Management has no idea what's going on. Wrong information is provided daily No training manuals. Management will only promote friends that were hired less then a year ago. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
