Pros

Above par, office space. BAE's cubicles are very plush and roomy. They offer a break room, outfitted with several recreational opportunities. Also 'Huddle rooms' for private conversations and or matters.

Cons

Their compensation is below 'below par''. Promotions 'only' are rewarded to those who are within the cliques and or the 'boys club' Many individuals with more impact on the projects at hand are overlooked and the rewards go to lessor folks. BAE is a 'dog eat, dog' environment, Sad. Personal growth, is not garnered, within the confines of the establishment. Their inability to 'think outside of the box' away from the main client, is frustrating and unfortunately, disabling to certain offices. Many folks have been dismissed from their posts, because of their narrow mindedness.

Pros

The hybrid schedule is a major benefit and provides a good balance between in-office collaboration and flexibility.

Cons

Career growth can feel limited if you are not originally from Utah or already connected within the local organization. Time off can feel limited compared to the government customer you support. The customer often receives more holidays and administrative leave, but contractor employees may still be constrained by sector policies even when the contract generally follows the customer’s schedule.
