      If you put your head down you can stay here forever even if you’re not good at your job

      Cons

      Someone who has been here forever and never has been good at their job may be your boss. BMC is ran by a boys club and they’ll make sure you know it every chance they get.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
